Alex Gak

Alex focuses his practice in the area of general corporate, real estate, finance and CMBS matters with an emphasis on representing banks and loan servicers in connection with a range of real estate, securitization issues and related transactions. He regularly represents clients with respect to the disposition of real estate, loan assumptions and modifications, transfers of ownership interests, mergers, commercial mortgage defeasances, collateral reconfigurations, cash management, easements, and various real property related consent requests.

Alex has more than a decade of real estate, legal, and finance experience including capital market offerings, real estate financing, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions. In addition to transactional work, Alex also has extensive litigation experience including serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Deborah Silverman Katz, Assignment Judge of the Camden County Superior Court.
