William’s practice covers an array of transactional matters, providing counsel to clients in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. In the area of commercial real estate, William primarily represents the interests of lenders and loan services in connection with high-value, complex, structured-loan transactions. This experience includes loan assumptions, defeasances, condemnations, full and partial releases of mortgages, easements, leases, and property management changes.

William’s practice extends to the representation of companies and investors in various corporate and securities transactions. This experience includes venture capital financings, private securities offerings, and corporate formation and governance matters.
