John assists clients with a wide range of transactional real estate and zoning matters, including high-value loan assumptions, defeasances, and property-level requests. Prior to joining Raju LLP, John worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Timothy J. Savage in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as a court-appointed mediator in the Philadelphia Municipal Court, and as a summer associate and associate at a national law firm. During law school, John served as a research assistant to Professor Jonathan Lipson, as a teaching assistant for the Integrated Transactional Program and for Introduction to Transactional Skills, and as a staff editor of the Temple Law Review.
