Robert Davis

Robert Davis serves as the firm’s Director of Operations, overseeing client support services and managing the tactical, operational and strategic functions across the law firm’s legal and related professional services platforms, including consulting and capital deployment businesses.  Robert is also the firm’s primary contact for procurement and resource allocation.

Robert was recently appointed as the Executive Director of The Germination Project, a non-profit talent incubator that is creating a self-sustaining, and perpetuating ecosystem for Greater Philadelphia’s next generation of leadership and social entrepreneurship. Robert currently oversees the planning, organization, and directing the organization’s operations and programs at The Germination Project.

Previously, Robert gained extensive experience in preparing regulatory filings for the Securities and Exchange Commission, NYSE, Cboe, and Municipal Rule Making Board. Robert has experience in corporate governance matters that include but are not limited to preparation, and compiling board meeting materials while utilizing a web-based software such as Diligent and Boardvantage to present the materials. Robert is also experienced in structured finance and commercial real estate matters.

Additionally, Robert has over 10 years of experience as a Board of Director at Octavia Hill, a for profit property management company with a social mission of serving the members of the Philadelphia neighborhoods they operate in, founded by Quakers in 1896.
